Ve druhé části sdělení, týkající se prvotních mimouzlinových lymfomů, je pojednáno o klinických projevech, průběhu a rozpoznávání dalších lokalizací MALTomů i ostatních vzácnějších primárních lymfomů ne-Hodgkinova typu. Pozornost je při tom věnována hlavně formám, s nimiž je možno se setkat v ordinaci praktického lékaře. Původ těchto nádorů lze většinou odvozovat z B-lymfocytů, převážná část kožních lymfomů však vychází z buněk T-řady.
