Hypertenze v těhotenství

Upozorňujeme na 3 formy hypertenzí v těhotenství, se kterými se v našich zemích nejčastěji setkáváme: 1. Esenciální hypertenze (asi 60 %všech hypertenzí v graviditě) 2. Preeklampsie (asi 25 % všech hypertenzí v graviditě) 3. Superpozice preeklampsie na esenciální hypertenzi (asi 12 % všech hypertenzí v graviditě) Jiné formy hypertenzí se vyskytují v graviditě asi ve 3 %.

Preeklampsie a superponovaná preeklampsie jsou závažné syndromy s výrazným rizikem pro matku a zejména pro její plod. Naproti tomu esenciální hypertenze (bez superpozice preeklampsie) představuje při adekvátní terapii pro matku a plod pouze malé riziko.
