Srdeční tamponáda jako komplikace dočasné kardiostimulace

Je popsán případ srdeční tamponády při perforaci srdce způsobené stimulační elektrodou. Zajímavostí byl rozvoj tamponády až po vytažení elektrody. Tamponáda byla vyřešena jednorázovou evakuační punkcí hemoperikardu. Dále jsou diskutovány četnost perforace srdce, rizikové faktory jejího vzniku, způsoby diagnostiky a léčby.
