Bolest na přední straně hrudníku je jednou z nejčastějších potíží, pro které přicházejí pacienti k lékaři. Zdůraznění lokalizace na hrudníku později ukazuje na zvláštní emotivní význam, který tato potíž má. Po vyloučení organického substrátu bolesti nám pomůže objasnit její příčinu funkční vyšetření pohybového aparátu.

The contribution to differential diagnosis of chest pain

Pain of the anterior chest wall is one of the most frequent complaints what patients seek medical help for. Emphasis given to the pain location on the chest wall further shows the particular emotional importance of this complaint. After excluding organic cause of pain there is functional examination of locomotive apparatus at our disposal to help us clarify the cause of pain.
