Obliterative carotid artery disease

A stenosis of extracranial cerebral arteries very often belongs to the causes of transient ischemic attacks and strokes. Except the brief survey of an etiology, diagnostic approach, clinical picture and contemporary treatment there is a particular case of the patient with opportunity to aplicate both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
