Pacemakerová kardiomyopatie

V kazuistice prezentujeme klasický případ pacemakerové kardiomyopatie. Tato diagnóza vzhledem k rozmachu kardiostimulační terapie nepatří mezi rarity, ale i přesto se na ni podle našich zkušeností často nepomýšlí. Chtěli bychom upozornit na některá fakta související s touto diagnózou, a předejít tak zbytečnému vyšetřování pacientů, eventuálně nesprávně indikované léčbě.
