Antiplatelet therapy in acute coronary syndromes

Antiplatelet therapy is the cornerstone of the medical treatment of acute coronary syndrome. In recent time, there were published several

new clinical trials, namely CURRENT, TRITON and PLATO, addressing the problems associated with dual antiplatelet therapy.
