V návaznosti na první díl pokračujeme v popisu dalších významných systémových revmatických onemocnění, jejichž základní charakteristika byla již souhrnně popsána v úvodu k 1. dílu. Ve druhém dílu je uvedena systémová sklerodermie, smíšené onemocnění pojiva a skupina vaskulitid, která je poměrně komplikovanou, protože jednotlivé nozologické jednotky do ní zahrnované, nejsou v praxi vždy přesně ohraničené. Jejich přesná diagnostika je většinou obtížná a spočívá vždy v konečném histologickém průkazu.

Systemic Rheumatic Diseases - Second Part

In the continuation of the first part we proceed with description of other important systemic rheumatic diseases, basic characteristics of which have been completely outlined in the introduction of the first part. The second part deals with systemic sclerosis, mixed connective tissue disease and with the vasculitic syndromes, which is quite complicated group. The heterogeneity and the obvious overlap among vasculitides have led to difficulties in classification of this group of diseases. Their precise diagnosis is mostly difficult and rests on demonstration of vasculitis by the biopsy.
