Vaskulopatie ątěpu je postiľení koronárních tepen transplantovaného srdce a je jednou ze závaľných komplikací u pacientů po srdeční transplantaci. Můľeme ji diagnostikovat asi u 10 % nemocných rok po transplantaci srdce a je nejčastějąí příčinou ztráty ątěpu (úmrtí pacienta), po roce a déle od operace.
