Pollinosis - současné možnosti léčby

Jde o nejčastější alergické onemocnění, jehož včasná diagnostika a léčba patří do rukou alergologa. Vzhledem k současným možnostem léčby - perorální antihistaminika II. generace, topické steroidy - lze její příznaky minimalizovat. Vždy ale hrozí riziko iritace dolních dýchacích cest a vznik bronchiálního astmatu. Specifická alergenová imunoterapie je kauzálním řešením dané diagnózy.
Pollinosis - its current therapeutical modalities
Pollinosis has been ranked among the most frequent allergic disorders, where a specialist-allergologist should be in charge of initial diagnosis and treatment. Its signs and symptoms can be minimized thanks to up-to-date treatment possibilities (oral 2nd generation antihistamines, topical corticosteroids). There is always a threat of an impeding danger of lower respiratory tract irritation and of development towards allergic asthma. Specific allergen imunotherapy is considered to be final solution of this condition.
