Teploty nejasného původu

Teplota většinou trvá krátce, je vázána na klinicky jasný obraz onemocnění, nevyžaduje zvláštní program vyšetřování, symptom lze většinou potlačit kauzální léčbou vyvolávající příčiny. U malé části nemocných ale horečky trvají déle a diagnóza může být obtížná. Teploty musíme objektivizovat, vyloučit předstíranou horečku a automutilaci.
