Terapeutické možnosti ovlivnění mikroalbuminurie

Mikroalbuminurie je u mladých diabetiků 1. typu nejčastěji známkou časného stadia diabetické nefropatie. U diabetiků 2. typu (a u nediabetiků) je známkou generalizované endoteliální dysfunkce a zvýšeného rizika morbidity a mortality na kardiovaskulární choroby. Terapeutická intervence zahrnuje léčbu hyperglykemie, hypertenze a ostatních rizikových faktorů aterosklerózy.

Microalbumine Involving - Therapeutic Abilities

Microalbuminuria in young diabetic patients with 1st type of diabetes is the most often stage of diabetic nephropaty. In the 2-nd type of diabetes (and non-diabetics) it is a sign of generalized endoteliál dysfunction and of an increased risk of morbidity and mortality because of cardiovascular disease. Therapeutic intervention includes the treatment of hyperglycemia, hypertension and of others aterosclerotic risk factors.
