Autoři předkládají 4 kazuistiky pacientů, kteří byli přijati pro srdeční selhání a u nichž byly přítomny laboratorní známky akutního jaterního poškození až jaterní insuficience. U těchto nemocných byla vyloučena infekční etiologie akutní jaterní léze. Terapie srdeční insuficience vedla ke zlepšení laboratorních nálezů - poklesu aktivity transamináz.
