V práci je uveden přehled možných nálezů lymfadenopatie u nemocných s hematologickými malignitami spolu se základními diagnostickými postupy. Je upozorněno na zásady správného odběru bioptického materiálu jako nutné podmínky ke stanovení správné histologické diagnózy.

Node syndrome in haematological malignancies

This is a review of lymph node enlargement in patients with haematological malignancies and of the basic diagnostic proceedures. It is stressed that the technically perfect biopsy is a prerequisite for the correct histopathological diagnosis.
