Bulózny pemfigoid sa vyskytuje pri celom rade ochorení, okrem iného pri hematologických neopláziách. Ide o autoimunitne podmienené pµuzgiernaté ochorenie koľe. Predpokladá sa, ľe autoimunitnú odpoveď môľu vyvola» i neoplastické antigény. Nami predkladaná kazuistika 58-ročného pacienta s osteomyelofibrózou a bulóznym pemfigoidom poukazuje na moľnos» výskytu bulózneho pemfigoidu ako paraneoplastického prejavu pri osteomyelofibróze a jeho priaznivé ovplyvnenie pri celkovom podávaní kortikoidov.
