Sdělení podává přehled vztahů mezi depresivními poruchami a kardiovaskulárním onemocněním (ischemická porucha srdeční, infarkt myokardu a náhlá cévní mozková příhoda, částečně i hypertenzní choroba). Článek dále diskutuje kardiovaskulární účinky jednotlivých antidepresiv a lithia. Podrobně se zabývá vhodnou léčbou deprese u pacientů s kardiovaskulárním onemocněním. A v závěru diskutuje možnost predikce kardiovaskulárních rizik antidepresivní léčby trycyklickými antidepresivy (parametr QTc, plazmatické hladiny tricyklických antidepresiv, QTc disperze, EKG mapování). Článek je rozdělen na dvě části. V první se zabýváme problematikou vztahu deprese a kardiovaskulární choroby a ve druhé části vlivem antidepresiv na kardiovaskulární systém.

Depression, Cardiovascular Disease and Undesirable Cardiovascular Side Effects of Antidepressants - Part 1st

The article is a brief outline of relationships between depressive disorders and cardiovascular disease (ischaemic heart disease, myocardial infarction, acute vascular brain emergency and partly hypertension disease too). Again the cardiovascular effects of some antidepressants and lithium are discussed. Detailed the author deals in a suitable treatment of depression in patients by cardiovascular disease suffering. In the end a possibility to predict a cardiovascular risk of treatment by antidepressants is reflected (QTc - parameters, plasmatic levels of tricyclic antidepressants, QTc - dispersion, ECG-maping). This article is devided into two parts. In the first one we deal with the problems of the relationship between depression and cardiovascular disease and the second part deals with the effects of ant-idepressants on the cardiovascular system.
