Užívání léků nad rámec léčby je společensky závažným a zároveň podceňovaným jevem. Ve svých důsledcích vede k vážným zdravotním a ekonomickým následkům. Sdělení stručně rekapituluje problematiku zneužívání léků v České republice se zaměřením na důležité klinické poznatky u jednotlivých skupin léků.

Drug dependence - brief review and clinical experiencies

Medication over the frame of standard treatment is a serious as well as underestimating problem. In the conseqeuncies it leads to hard medical and economic demage. This article summarizes history of drug abuse regarding the clinical experiencies with different groups of pharmacological agents in Czech Republic.
