Obsah sdělení vychází z připravovaného standardu Lupus erythematosus (LE) pro obor dermatovenerologie. Ve sdělení jsou popsány podrobně kožní léze u pacientů se všemi typy erythematodu. Jsou rozděleny na léze specifické (histologie odpovídá diagnóze lupus erythematosus) a léze nespecifické, které se u pacientů s LE vyskytují také poměrně často. Zdůrazněny jsou kožní projevy specifické, které udává Americká revmatologická asociace jako klasifikační kritéria pro SLE. Okrajově je zmíněn neonatální lupus a lékově indukovaný LE.

Další část je věnována diagnostickým krokům z pohledu dermatologa. Připomenuta je také terapie - více je popsána terapie lokální a užití sunscreenů u pacientů s LE. Závěr patří prognóze a prevenci u tohoto onemocnění.

Lupus erythematosus

The contents of this article emanates from preparing standard of lupus erythematodes for division of dermatovenerology. Skin lesions in patients suffering from all types of erythematodes are described in detail. They are divided into specific lesions (their histology corresponds with the diagnosis of lupus erythematosus) and nonspecific lesions, which occur quite often in patients with LE. Attention is shifted towards specific skin lesions, which are considered by American Association of Revmatology as the classifying criteria for SLE. Neonatal lupus and drug-induced LE are mentioned marginally.

The other part is dedicated to diagnostic evaluation from a dermatologist point of view. Therapy is mentioned also, specially the local therapy and use of sunscreens in patients with LE. The author concludes with prognosis and prevention of this disease.
