Následující sdělení popisuje základní principy imunohistologického vyšetřování bioptického vzorku kůže, zásady uchování a zpracování. Popisuje vhodná místa odběru kůže u jednotlivých diagnóz, přináší popis imunohistologického obrazu u chorob, kde je toto vyšetření indikováno.

Immunohistological examination of skin - practical notes

The following paper describes basic principles of immunohistological examination of a bioptic sample of skin, standards of storage and processing. The suitable locations for skin biopsy are depicted according to a particular diagnosis. The descriptions of immuohistological pictures in different skin diseases, where skin biopsy is indicated, are outlined.
