Tato kazuistika popisuje případ pacientky s chronickou fibrilací síní a recidivou vedení přídatné atrioventrikulární dráhy po třech letech od provedené radiofrekvenční katétrové ablace. Hemodynamicky závažná arytmie refrakterní na podání antiarytmik a neúspěch opakované zevní elektrické kardioverze si vyžádaly akutní provedení reablačního výkonu.
