Diferenciální diagnostika závratí

Závratě a poruchy rovnováhy patří k častým příznakům v medicíně, s věkem roste jejich četnost.

Závrať může mít nejrůznější charakter.

Typická vestibulární závrať má převážně charakter pocitu rotace uvnitř stabilního okolí nebo pocitu rotace okolí. Většinou se setkáváme spíše s pocity nestability, nejistoty, často s příznaky, které se jen velmi obtížně definují. Při diferenciální diagnostice musíme vycházet z rozboru základních otázek.
