Funkční nemoci trávicího traktu jsou velmi heterogenní a početnou skupinou. Vzhledem k frekventnímu výskytu je často diskutovaným dráždivý tračník. Objektivizace subjektivních potíží je nejobtížnějším úsekem, na kterém závisí klasifikace a terapie.

Diagnostic and therapeutic problems of irritable colon

Functional diseases of digestive tract form quite heterogenous and large group. Irritable colon is discussed regarding frequent incidence. Classification and treatment depend on objectification of subjective complaints, which is the most difficult part.
