Cerebrální inzulty patří k nejtěžším a nejvíce devastujícím komplikacím srdečních operací.

Neurological complications of operation in extracorporal circulation

Cerebral insults belong to the most severe and debilitating complications of heart surgery. In the paper, the authors give a review and brief symptomatology of perioperative neurological complications, hypothesize upon presumptive mechanism of their origin and risk factors.
