Autoři vykonali skríning 61 případů smrtelných nehod cyklistů, usmrcených při střetu s osobními motorovými vozidly. Poukazují na možnosti a způsoby biomechanické modelace těla cyklisty na exteriéru osobního motorového vozidla při různých typech kolize, jakož i alternativy soudně lékařské intepretace.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS OF BICYCLISTS: MEDICO-LEGAL REFLEXION OF A PROBLEM

The screening of 61 cases of fatal injuries of bicyclists in bicycle-car collision had been realised by the authors. The authors point out the possibilities and ways of biomechanical modelation of the cyclist´s body on the external surfaces of the car in various types of collision, as well as the alternatives of medico-legal interpretation.
