Článek uvádí stručný přehled klinických obrazů nejčastějích kožních povrchových mykóz, se kterými je možno se setkat v praktické ordinaci pro dospělé. Podle etiologie jsou rozděleny na dermatofytózy, kožní kandidózy a pityriasis versicolor. Dermatofytózy jsou dále členěny podle lokalizace na postižení kštice, hladké kůže obličeje, trupu a proximálních částí končetin, dále na postižení akrálních částí končetin a posléze mykózy nehtů. V každé lokalizaci jsou popsány charakteristické klinické obrazy. Kandidózy jsou rozděleny na postižení sliznice ústní, sliznice genitální, postižení kůže a nehtů.

Clinical pictures of dermatomycoses

The article presents a review of clinical pictures of the commonest superficial skin mycoses encountered in adult general practice. As to the etiology, the diseases are classified as dermatophytoses, cutaneous candidoses and pityriasis versicolor. The dermatophytoses are ufrther divided according to localization into tinea of the scalp, the glabrous skin of the face, trunk and proximal parts of the extremities, and the tinea of the acral parts of the extremities and the nails. Characteristic clinical presentation is described in every localization. The candidoses are divided into lesions of the buccal mucosa, the genital mucosa, and the skin and nails.
