Článek se věnuje nejčastějšímu typu primárních bolestí hlavy - bolestem hlavy tenzního typu (TTH). Popisuje naše současné znalosti o patogeneze TTH, klinickém obraze a diagnostice. Věnuje se možnostem nefarmakologické i farmakologické léčby s uvedením konkrétní doporučované medikace.

Tension headache

The article concentrates on the most frequent type of primary headaches - tension type headache (TTH). It describes our current knowledge of pathogenesis of TTH, clinical picture and the diagnosis. The modalities of nonpharmacological and pharmacological therapy are given with the actual recommended medication.
