V přehledném článku shrnujeme současné trendy v diagnostice a léčbě akutních koronárních syndromů s přihlédnutím ke stratifikaci rizika. Spolu s farmakoterapií popisujeme prioritu invazivní strategie spojenou s problematikou transportu do kardiocenter.

Novelties in the diagnosis and treatment of acute coronary syndromes

In this overview we describe contemporary trends in the diagnosis and treatment of acute coronary syndromes in relation with risk stratification. Together with farmacotherapy we describe the priority of invasive strategy in combination with the transport to specialized cardiocenters.
