V práci jsou diskutovány výchozí zdroje antibiotické léčby bakteriálních infekcí, včetně vztahu k farmakokinetickým a farmakodynamickým vlastnostem antimikrobních léčiv. Na základě uvedených údajů jsou formulována možná schémata antibiotické léčby vybraných komunitních bakteriálních infekcí.

Antibiotic therapy of the bacterial infections from the viewpoint of clinicians, microbiologists and pharmacologists

The sources of antibiotic therapy of bacterial infections are presented, including their correlations with pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic properties of antibiotics. Antibiotic therapy of community-acquired bacterial infections is recommended based on the above-mentioned data.
