Na otázku diferenciální diagnózy monoklonálních gamapatií můžeme pohlížet ze dvou stran

1. Co s pacientem, který k nám přijde s prokázaným monoklonálním imunoglobulinem?

2. Kdy indikovat vyšetření, které zatím nejcitlivěji prokazuje monoklonální imumoglobulin a v případě pozitivního výsledku pak požádat o denzitometrické stanovení jeho kvantity?
