Perikardiální cysty jsou řídké benigní nitrohrudní útvary. Nejčastěji jsou náhodným nálezem, který nevyžaduje léčbu. Jejich hlavní význam spočívá v nutnosti odlišení od jiných nitrohrudních anomálií. V našem krátkém sdělení prezentujeme náhodný nález perikardiální cysty u osmdesátiletého pacienta.
