Článek shrnuje nejčastějąí oční projevy systémových onemocnění, zejména cévních, endokrinních, autoimunitních, revmatologických, plicních, gastrointestinálních, hematologických a nádorových. Pro úspěąnou léčbu těchto stavů je nezbytná včasná a větąinou dlouhodobá spolupráce internisty a oftalmologa.

Ocular manifestations of visceral diseases

Articles summarises the most frequent ocular manifestations of systemic disease, particularly vascular, endocrine, autoimmune, rheumatologic, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, haematological and tumorous. Successful treatment of these conditions depends on early and usually long-term cooperation of internist and ophthalmologist.
