Hypertenze v těhotenství

V našich interních ambulancích se s těhotnou hypertoničkou nesetkáváme každý den. V kardiologické ambulanci je setkání častější. Nejčastěji se však s tímto problémem potýká internista konsiliář.

Hypertenze v těhotenství zůstává hlavní příčinou mateřské, fetální a novorozenecké morbidity a mortality ve vyspělých i méně vyspělých zemích. Hypertenze zvyšuje riziko komplikací pro matku i plod.

V průběhu fyziologicky probíhajícího těhotenství klesá systolický krevní tlak o 4-6 mm Hg a diastolický krevní tlak o 8-15 mm Hg. Hodnoty krevního tlaku jsou nejnižší v polovině těhotenství, dále pozvolna stoupají a v období kolem porodu dosahují hodnoty před otěhotněním. Takto se chovají hodnoty tlaku krevního u normotoniček, hypertoniček i u těhotných s hypertenzí nově vznikající v těhotenství.
