S pojmem syndroma canalis carpi se setkáváme v učebnicích ortopedie, neurologie, neurochirurgie, revmatologie, najdeme jej i v repetitoriu praktického lékaře. Jde o útlak struktur situovaných v limitované oblasti volární části zápěstí a ruky.

The carpal tunnel syndrome

We can encounter a term syndroma canalis carpi in the textbooks of orthopaedics, neurology, neurosurgery, rheumatology and we can find it in a handbook of the general practitioner. It is a compression of structures located in a limited space of volar part of the wrist and the hand.
