Akutní infarkt myokardu u dvou mladých pacientů

Akutní infarkt myokardu postihuje především starší jedince, vzácněji bohužel i velmi mladé pacienty. Prezentujeme kazuistiky 2 mužů ve věku 35 a 29 let, kteří byli na naše pracoviště referováni, oba pro akutní infarkt myokardu přední stěny ve stadiu ST elevací. Oba byli léčeni primární angioplastikou infarktové věnčité tepny (RIA – ramus interventricularis anterior) s implantací stentu, s preventivním podáním abciximabu. Časná reperfuze u obou vedla k minimální remodelaci levé srdeční komory, bez významnějších poruch kinetiky. Nekomplikovaný průběh hospitalizace a výborná krátkodobá prognóza však nic nemění na nutnosti dlouhodobého sledování těchto pacientů se zaměřením na přísnou sekundární prevenci běžných i raritnějších rizikových faktorů. Obsahem sdělení jsou i obecné poznatky týkající se problematiky akutního infarktu myokardu u mladé populace.
