The illnesses caused by EpsteinBaar virus

EBV belongs to common viruses in human population. Almost everybody is usually contacted during his life with it. The infection could be inaparent or some of the clinical forms can appear. A healthy imunocompetent person usually have no serious problem if is contaminated by EBV. People with congenital imunodeficiency or patients with other severe illnesses should have severe course of EBV infection during the primoinfection or during reaktivation as well.
