Kardiální komplikace urémie

Celosvětově i v naší populaci přibývá pacientů s hypertenzí – primární nebo sekundární. Správné léčení hypertenze i rizikových přidružených nemocí je základem zlepšení jejich prognózy. Jak může dopadnout pacient, který odmítá správný léčebný postup, popisuje naše kazuistika zaměřená na kardiální komplikace, které postihly pacienta při hospitalizaci.
