Wegenerova granulomatóza

Ve sdělení je prezentováno systémové onemocnění, které podle literatury postihuje častěji muže než ženy (1,3:1) a může se vyskytnou v kterémkoli věku, nejčastěji mezi 45–55 lety (1). Upozorňuje, že i v běžné praxi se můžeme setkat s tímto onemocněním ze skupiny vaskulitid, zahrnuje možnosti diagnostiky a léčby s následným dosažením remise.
