Importovaná nákaza malárií a virovou hepatitidou

Kazuistika smíšené nákazy tropickou malárií, čtyřdenní malárií a hepatitidou A importovaná z turistického pobytu v Keni. Onemocnění malárií bylo komplikováno nedostatečností ledvin, poškozením jater, počínající šokovou plící a anémií. Průběh hepatitidy A byl protrahovaný. Předpokladem včasné diagnózy importovaných nákaz je cestovní anamnéza – dotaz lékaře na pacientův pobyt v zahraničí.
