Virová hepatitida C, kazuistiky

V článku je stručně nastíněna virová hepatitida C, původce onemocnění, způsob přenosu, sérologické vyšetření a klinický průběh onemocnění virovou hepatitidou C jak akutní, tak i chronickou, stručný je i popis terapie. Jsou uvedeny celkově pouze dvě kazuistiky z léčených pacientů na našem oddělení, a to pacienta, u kterého byla během terapie zjištěna beta thalasémie minor, a gravidní ženy.
