Ochronóza a její kardiovaskulární manifestace

Kazuistika uvádí případ dědičné metabolické poruchy s pestrými klinickými projevy, která svými důsledky postihuje rovněž kardiovaskulární aparát. Vzhledem k nálezům charakteristických pigmentací je možno postižené rozeznat na první pohled, což dokládáme obrazovou přílohou.
