Primární biliární cirhóza

V textu je popsán současný pohled na problematiku primární biliární cirhózy - předpokládaná etiologie, klinický obraz i současné možnosti léčby. Je zdůrazněno postavení kyseliny ursodeoxycholové v terapii této choroby a důležitost včasné indikace jaterní transplantace. Text je doplněn tabulkou histologických, klinických a laboratorních nálezů, vzorcem k výpočtu Mayo Risk Score a tabulkou ke stanovení Child Pughovy klasifikace modifikované pro primární biliární cirhózu.
