Outpatient treatment of deep vein thrombosis

Low-molecular heparin offer the new prospects for the outpatient treatment. The basic principles: of the modern clinical solution: low-molecular heparin, the relevant compressive therapy and the walking starting the first day of the treatment. The mentioned procedure originate in metaanalysis studies presented in the 7th Conference of American College of Chest Physicians on Antithrombotic and Thrombolytic Therapy: Evidence - Based Guidelines.
