Cough is normal reflex of defense, characterized with his fulminating and forced expirium. His goal is tendency for cleanup from foreign body and foreign substances. As symptom exist from this time, when persist and this complication is reason for patient to attend his practitioner. Is the one of the most frequent symptoms in the practice of the practitioners. This situation is real in all world, not excepting Czech Republic. Frequently is underestimated sign of serious illness, which his diagnostic is mission for general practitioner.
