Maligní fibrózní histiocytom břišní dutiny mimoorgánové lokalizace

Autoři v obecné rovině rozebírají problematiku maligního fibrózního histiocytomu (MFH) na širším pozadí sarkomů měkkých tkání. Upozorňují přitom na záludnosti a zejména závažnost klinického obrazu v počátečních stadiích tumoru. Podtrhují skutečnost, že nejednou se klinicky projevuje až lokálně pokročilé nebo metastatické onemocnění. Podávají i stručný nástin vhodných diagnostických vyšetření a možností terapie. Na konkrétním případu primárního MFH břišní dutiny mimoorgánové lokalizace u 65letého muže upozorňují na klinický obraz, úskalí diagnostiky a průběh terapie.
