Screening kolorektálního karcinomu

Kolorektální karcinom (KRCA) se stal v Evropě na začátku 21. století nejčastější orgánovou malignitou. Tato skutečnost je známa méně než jedné třetině jejich obyvatel (8). V roce 2000 bylo diagnostikováno 304 687 nových onemocnění KRCA ve srovnání s 301 090 případů bronchogenního karcinomu (11). Tento trend trvá i nadále. V roce 2002 bylo v Evropě včetně Ruské federace podle databáze International Agency for Research on Cancer (Globocan) 371 700 nových onemocnění KRCA, což je dvojnásobek počtu v Severní Americe (183 500)...
