Koarktace aorty jako vzácná příčina sekundární hypertenze

V kazuistice bych chtěl upozornit na častý výskyt hypertenze v populaci a zdůraznit nutnost pátrání po příčinách sekundární hypertenze. Jako příklad uvádím případ rezistentní hypertenze u pacientky, kdy jako příčina hypertenze byla na základě fyzikálního vyšetření rozpoznána a angiograficky potvrzena koarktace aorty až v 53 letech věku. Po provedeném bypassu došlo k normalizaci STK a výraznému subjektivnímu zlepšení. V diskuzi jsou uvedeny vzácnější možné příčiny sekundární hypertenze. Zdůrazněna byla nutnost důkladného fyzikálního vyšetření před indikací dalších specializovaných vyšetření.
