Jak ulevit pacientům od artritické bolesti

Bolest je nejčastějąím symptomem, se kterým přicházejí pacienti do revmatologické ordinace. Artritická bolest se objevuje v souvislosti s přítomností zánětu kloubu, který můľe být příznakem zánětlivých revmatických onemocnění pohybového aparátu, u systémových onemocnění pojiva, metabolických kloubních onemocnění a infekčních artritid. Zánětlivý charakter bolesti se objevuje i u tzv. zánětlivé dekompenzace osteroartrózy. Článek podává souhrnnou informaci o způsobu léčby bolesti při artritidě u jednotlivých revmatických onemocnění.
