Every 4–6th patient in primary care has skin problems. Their diversity and specificity are supported by age categories and its location that can be in some patients typical – so called predilection location. A large group of disorders from frequently encountered to rare diseases belong to dermatoses with predilection for facial area. In the article I a review of dermatoses involving face and problems associated with acne vulgaris including therapeutic strategies are discussed. The second part of the article discusses several other facial dermatoses.
