Nutrition in Crohn´s disease

Crohn‘s disease is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease with relapse and remission. Nutrition plays an important role in the prevention

and treatment of malnutrition. In active disease, the effective support of energy and nutrients is a very important part of the therapy.

Natural and artificial nutrition or the combination of two can be chosen for supporting therapy of Crohn´s disease.
