Chronic pulmonary disease and metabolic syndrome

This review is focused on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and metabolic syndrome; mainly on new findings in this field ofresearch and on common risk factors and mechanisms mutually influencing both metabolic syndrome and chronic obstructivepulmonary disease.
